Using this website to write down what is important for you

We have grouped things you may wish to think about into topics and given examples of what others have written. Under the following topics, you can simply accept what is offered if this feels correct for you, or you can edit the text. For both options, just select 'Select Statement'.

You can also write in your own words your wishes, preferences, beliefs and values. To do this, please select the 'Add Statement' option under 'Document Builder' (the green box on the right). 

You can type directly into the box. However, if you have prepared statements in a word document, then please do not copy and paste more than one sentence at a time.
